Finexia Announces Delay in 2025 Half-Year Accounts

Finexia Financial Group Limited (ASX: FNX) has announced a delay in the completion of its 2025 Half-Year Accounts due to unforeseen circumstances. The company and its auditor were unable to finalize the accounts by the 28 February 2025 deadline.

Finexia is actively working to complete the accounts as soon as possible and will provide further updates in line with its continuous disclosure obligations.

This announcement has been authorized for release by the Chair of Finexia Financial Group Limited.
