Sharon Watkins is a seasoned lending executive with extensive experience working across Commercial, Business and Private Banks. For the last 10 years she has been specialising in Health, Childcare, Education & Community sectors, and has been at the forefront of driving lending appetite and product innovation at several of the major banks and loves noting more than rolling up her sleeves and working closely with Childcare operators to understand their needs and pain points, helping bring their business growth aspirations to life.

Her understanding of Childcare & Social Infrastructure more broadly, together with a strong background in cashflow lending and project finance, will offer a differentiated experience as she will work closely with you to achieve the most optimal deal structure throughout the different growth phases of your business.         

Sharon is based in Sydney, married and mum to two golden retriever puppies. You will likely find her at her local golf course most Saturday afternoons.
