Finexia Requests Trading Halt on ASX

Finexia Financial Group Limited (ASX: FNX) has requested a trading halt under ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is in place pending an announcement regarding a significant business transaction involving the disposal of a substantial portion of the company.

The trading halt will remain until the earlier of:

• The announcement of the transaction.
• The resumption of normal trading on Tuesday, 4 March 2025.

Finexia is not aware of any reasons why the request should not be granted and has no further information to disclose at this stage.
